ART’S SPRING SHOW
Advanced Theater Ensemble (Ages 13+ to Adult)
We are thrilled to announce the launch of ART (Asheville Repertory Theater) — created especially for our dedicated, passionate actors who are ready to take their craft to the next level. This group is for performers who are committed to growing in acting, singing, and dancing through consistent training, studio classes, and disciplined rehearsal. Adults are encouraged to perform in ART shows also.
ART actors will rehearse twice per week, with additional rehearsals added as we approach performance dates. They are expected to be actively developing their skills — taking classes in acting, voice, and/or dance — and bringing strong focus and work ethic to the rehearsal room. ART actors love theater, want to be challenged, and are excited to collaborate with equally driven peers, adults and creative staff.
Our inaugural ART production will be the full-length Broadway musical Little Women — a sweeping, heartfelt story of the March sisters as they navigate love, ambition, sacrifice, and growing up. With its rich characters, emotionally powerful music, and layered storytelling, Little Women is the perfect showcase for artists ready to elevate their craft and command the stage.
Cost is $450, plus the yearly membership fee of $50.
This is where passion meets purpose.
This is growth.
This is ART.
