What makes AJT School of Dance different? Aka: What we don't charge YOU!
We don’t charge a recital/showcase fee! Your child gets to participate in our showcase at the end of the year without additonal fees!
We don’t charge credit card processing fees!
Our costume fee for our showcase is much less than the going rate of other dance studios. We will have amazing costumes, but they won’t break the bank. See our fee schedule in the parent portal for more information.

Tuition Policies:
- Tuition discounts are given per each additional class added monthly for each student, not for adding family members. Each child’s billing is separate.
- Tuition is billed on the 1st of each month through an auto-pay system. All Active Families are required to have a working credit card on file for insurance purposes. Families not on auto-pay and families whose credit cards decline must pay tuition by the 5th of each month to avoid a $40 late fee.
- There is no prorated tuition, regardless of holiday closures or breaks.
- No refunds will be given on tuition.
- Cancellation of any class must be made in writing via email NO LATER than the 1st day of the month PRIOR to the month you want to cancel class, thereby releasing the parent from further tuition obligation. If you turn in the cancellation notice after the 5th of the month, you will be required to pay tuition for the upcoming month. The following month’s classes will be discontinued.
- A 3% convenience fee added to all auto bill payments for Tuition only. Cash/Check payments will not be charged this fee.
Declined Credit Cards & Checks:
- If your credit card is declined, you will be required to login to the Parent Portal and update it with new information.
- If a credit card is declined when processing tuition, you will have until the 5th of the current month to update it and pay or you will be charged a $40 late fee.
